Silverside roast, this lean and tender roast is a delicious piece of meat very easily spiced up for the more adventurous cook.
Place in an oven proof dish with about a centimetre of water in the bottom and cook slowly, after cooking the water in the base of the dish will form the base for a delicious gravy.
