This chilli chicken fillet stir fry is made with thin strips of tender chicken fillet, bell peppers and onions. The sauce is a very mild chilli sauce that is also gluten free.

Just put stir fry into a frying pan with no need to add oil and cook gently on a low heat, great with baked potato, chips, rice or noodles.

The piri piri chicken fillet stir fry is prepared and cooked in the same way though the piri piri stir fry has a little heat to it.
