Broad lamb chops (shoulder chops) or one of my favourite chops, they are full of flavour and have plenty of meat on them. As the name suggests they come from the shoulder so need to cooked slowly, I find them best done in the oven but can be grilled or fried with care. Again for lamb lovers these are fantastic on the BBQ!
